Your people build the solutions themselves
We have trained the teams at DNB, Telenor and Equinor, and we do the same with you: find the work where AI pays off most, and build the first solutions alongside the specialists who own it.
What you walk away with
After an inspiration talk, people tend to be left wondering “what now?”. We would rather spend the day on your own tasks, and on getting someone in-house able to carry them on alone.
One day on your site
One of our forward deployed engineers spends a day with you, building on real tasks together with the people who own them. What we look for is licences you pay for without using, services you currently buy in from outside, and manual routines an agent can take over. A single cut like that can be worth hundreds of thousands of kroner a year. Exactly how much, we find out when we see your tasks.
The course is the starting gun
A day with us solves a handful of tasks. Train your people in Claude Code at the same time, and they keep building the week after, and the month after they own a solution their colleagues actually use.
Policy and how the tools are used
We help you write the AI policy: what people are allowed to use, on which data, and with whose approval. Written that way, it gives your staff permission to get started. The same framing decides what the usage costs, because setting up Claude Code or Codex properly lowers the token bill and raises the quality of what comes out.

Questions and answers
Does it work for people with no technical background?
Yes. Nobody needs to code, and everyone works on their own tasks from the first hour. Those who want more take a separate track with Claude Code, agents and automation. Everyone starts in the same room, then splits.
Which tools do you teach, and do we switch anything?
Claude and Claude Code, and Lovable for people who'd rather build in the browser. You don't have to switch anything. We work in the tools you already use, and we don't replace your CRM or ERP.
What if it doesn't stick afterwards?
Then we've only done half the job. So we train people on your side to become the ones colleagues ask when they get stuck. The goal is that you manage without us.
What happens to the things people build?
Most of it stays practice, and that's fine. What goes into production, we set up together with IT. If we set up an agent, you get a named person who learns to run it. Nothing goes live without an owner.
What does IT need to know before we start?
In the first meeting we agree with you and IT what's approved to use, and what can't leave your systems. We automate on top of the systems you already run, so IT gets no new core system to look after.
Who owns what we build together?
We build alongside your people, so it never ends up as something only we understand. Who owns what we make is settled with you and IT in the first meeting, before any work starts.
Do you come to us, or do people travel?
We come to you. Company courses, sprints and our fixed days as your partner all run at your own offices, with your systems and your tasks. If you'd rather send a few people to an open course, those run in Oslo, Bergen and Stavanger.
What are we committing to?
Nothing beyond what you order. The way in is a talk, one course day, or a Vibesprint of one to three days. If it doesn't work, you stop there. The standing agreements run over time, but you take those once you know it works.
What does it cost?
Everything is a fixed price or a fixed monthly fee. We don't sell hours, so you have one number to take to the budget. It's set by days, people, and whether it's one delivery or a standing agreement. You get the number after a 45-minute meeting.
We find the three tasks worth the most
Thirty minutes, over video or at your offices. We go through how the department works today, and how much of it is done by hand or bought in from outside.
You leave the call with a written list: the three tasks we think pay off most for you, what each of them needs in tools and access, and the order we would take them in. The list is yours to use, also if you do the rest without us.
Tell us what you want to get done
Write a couple of lines about where you are, and we will come back with what we would do first and what it would cost. Call instead if that is easier, it is usually faster.
Or send an email to hello@vibelabs.no
